Zeng Yujin, a 2026 Business English graduate from Minnan Normal University, has boldly ventured into the heart of international trade in Tanzania, Africa.

Zeng has diligently honed her linguistic skills, building strong bilingual skills in Chinese and English that have given her the confidence to enter the African job market. Her university experience was enriched by practical opportunities, including cross-border e-commerce training with companies such as JD.com, Douyin, and TikTok, through which she mastered trade operations.

Modern foreign language education now emphasizes internationalization, practical application, and economic trade. In response, Minnan Normal University has developed a comprehensive training system integrating "language + AI intelligence + digital trade + law", preparing students to engage with global markets.

As the global stage expands, foreign language majors play a key role in connecting China with the world. Recognizing the potential of China-Africa trade, Zeng chose to pursue her career in Tanzania, a decision made after careful consideration of the company's credentials and project backgrounds.

Upon arrival, she quickly adapted to her new environment, integrating into local life and work culture. She serves as a bridge for China-Africa trade, engaging in business negotiations and coordinating with local governments, drawing on her strong university foundation to navigate the international workplace with confidence.

Zeng's journey exemplifies how Minnan Normal University students can excel both academically and globally. As she continues to facilitate China-Africa exchanges, her story shines as a testament to the opportunities awaiting those who dare to explore the world.
